Here’s a Harley Breakout seat I recently worked on. I reshaped the foam slightly on the sides to give it cleaner lines, and stitched a new double-diamond cover. It’s looking great again.

Harley-Davidson Sportster Chopper
Had the pleasure of crafting the seat and pillion pad for this cool Sportster Chopper. The pillion was the most work by far, moulded high-quality vegetable-tanned leather to perfectly fit the fender's shape, followed by building up the foam. For the upholstery, I repurposed leather from the owner’s old sofa, giving it a unique touch.
Harley-Davidson softail
I started by making some adjustments to the seat pan,the gap between the seat and fender was too large, so I fixed that issue. Once that was sorted, I added a new cover crafted from leather with a hexagon stitch on top. And now the owner can continue customizing this bike.

It's always fun to work on these Biltwell Inc. Solo seats. This particular one is the Solo II seat, featuring a new cover made from brown full grain leather and stitched with tan thread.
Harley-Davidson Sportster
OEM Sportster seat transformed to this cool custom seat. Trimmed the seat base, reshaped foam and a custom cover made from old leather from a couch. Looking real cool I think.
Harley-Davidson Shovelhead
All new foam and cover for this custom Shovelhead. Shaped the HR foam in different densities to create more support and comfort for the rider. And made a new cover from thick full grain leather in black. Heavy duty stitch with minimal padding.
Forged Indian Scout
Dit zadel heb ik laatst gemaakt voor de Indian Scout forged serie. De motor is gebouwd door Ronna Noren in opdracht van Indian voor wie ik vaker zadels maak. De motor is uiteindelijk voor de drummer Mikkey Dee. Als je er meer over wilt zien dan kan je de video hier bekijken
Biltwell Mongoose seat
New work for this Biltwell Inc. mongoose seat. Minor changes to the foam, steeper angle at the backrest and a little bit to the rear for this riders comfort. After that I made, designed and installed the new cover.
