I started by making some adjustments to the seat pan,the gap between the seat and fender was too large, so I fixed that issue. Once that was sorted, I added a new cover crafted from leather with a hexagon stitch on top. And now the owner can continue customizing this bike.

Big old bulky Road King seat transformed to this modern and comfortable duo seat. Trimmed the old foam and made a new cover with grippy vinyl and a 'leather' vinyl. Double diamond stitch all over with a double top stitch around the edges.

New work for this Biltwell Inc. mongoose seat. Minor changes to the foam, steeper angle at the backrest and a little bit to the rear for this riders comfort. After that I made, designed and installed the new cover.
